“Best Day Ever” Documentary showing at the Wenatchee Valley Museum
Adaptive Mountain Biking Documentary-April 23rd
TREAD and partners are bringing the documentary "Best Day Ever" to the Wenatchee Valley Museum on April 23rd.
The Best Day Ever documentary follows adaptive mountain bikers Greg Durso and Allie Bianchi as they tackle the daily challenges of disability—and find joy, connection, and belonging in Vermont's mountain biking community. Set in the Green Mountains, this is a story of grit, independence, and what’s possible when community and creativity come together. At its heart is the world’s first fully adaptive trail network—built to prove that everyone belongs outside. Visually stunning and emotionally powerful, Best Day Ever challenges perceptions of disability and celebrates community.
The showing will be at the Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center. The event will celebrate adaptive mountain biking and shared outdoor experiences, and build awareness, connection, and respect across our region’s outdoor community. “Best Day Ever” offers a real look at how people experience trails differently, and why thoughtful, collaborative planning/design matters.
We will be joined by other local organizations like NCW Equity Alliance, Visit Chelan County, Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance, and the Chelan Douglas Land Trust.
WHEN: April 23rd, 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Doors open at 5 pm.
